Youth

At CBC, we’re passionate about young people and want to do all we can to minister to them, within both our church family and wider community. We have a range of weekly groups where we have a lot of fun, build friendships, explore and grow in faith together.

Fuel (Year 6+)

Sunday morning at 10.30am. Two groups running during the regular church service aimed at teaching young people how to live a life with Jesus.

Roots (Year 6)

Tuesday, 4.00pm – 5.15pm. A group for those in the final year of primary school. We play games, eat toast and dig into the bible.

Ignite (Year 7 – 10)

Tuesday, 6.30pm – 8.30pm. A buzzing group for those at secondary school. We play games and give opportunities to learn about and experience God. Alternating, we will all meet together one week, doing the session together. The next week we will start off together and then split into groups: Year 7 – 8, and Year 9 – 10, for the rest of the evening.

Drop in (Year 7+)

Thursdays, straight after school, all are welcome to come to the church for free hot chocolate and cake!

Elevate (Year 6 – 8)

Friday, 7:00pm – 8:15pm. We set up the church with table tennis, pool and football. Come, chill out and enjoy our tuck shop.

The Zone (Year 9+)

Friday, 8:30pm – 10:00pm. We hope to create a safe space to hang out with your mates on a Friday night.
