Wellbeing

Kintsugi-hope-tile
A Kintsugi Hope wellbeing group is a safe, supportive place where it's ok not to be ok.

'Kintsugi' is a Japanese technique for repairing pottery with seams of gold. The word means 'golden joinery' in Japanese. This repairs the brokenness in a way that makes the object more beautiful, and even more unique, than it was prior to being broken. Instead of hiding the scars, it makes a feature of them.

In a small group, over the course of seven weeks, we'll be exploring together how to improve our mental and emotional wellbeing. Free of charge. Open to any adult.

The next course will be on Monday afternoons from October 5th for seven weeks (excluding half-term), in Clevedon.

Any questions? For more details, or to sign up for the course, please contact Jenny Schaefer, Ruth Berry or the church office.
